Responsibilities
Key accountabilities of the function
(pls. use suitable verbs as agree, verify, operate, support, prepare, decide, etc.)
oInvolved in preparation of the annual BTL strategy and planning.
oPrepare and update the dealers with Marketing Bulletin for respective BTL campaigns.
oDevelop the project strategy in accordance with the overall company BTL marketing plan.
oProject wise brief finalization in conjunction with the related stakeholders and agency finalization, preparation and steering.
oProject wise budget allocation amongst agency, logistics and F&B.
oCoordinating with all stakeholders – press, ATL, Aftersales, lifestyle, product and AG.
oCoordinate directly with the vendors for production of various communication materials and ensure quality production of the same.
oEnd to end project management, starting from the brief till the invoicing and GR for all related suppliers.
oFinalizing project timelines and ensuring adherence to the set processes and timelines.
oPreparing and updating all involved with the Post event report and analysis.
oImplement and execute event as per plan and within budget. Monitor and track progress of event agency against the agreed project brief and timelines. Check for adherence to company CI standards.
oIdentification and evaluation of key sponsorships and alliance opportunities across medium.
oIdentification of customer segmentation in alignment with various cross functions, to be invited for various customer experiences.
oMonitor, report and conduct analysis of the event in terms of customer feedback, enquiry generation, lead generation and management.
oPlan and execute all customer communication elements associated with experiential activities.
oProvide direction to execute launches/customer experiences as part of brand building and market development effort across dealer network.
oPrepare post event management report with analysis of number of leads generated, number of conversions, number of guests, expenses incurred etc.
oDevelop digital and content marketing strategies for the various events conducted.
oSteer invitation, data collection and referrals processes with dealers and agencies for/at events.
oMaking sure all invoices related to projects are checked and as per PO.
