Multiple Positions for Specialist / Sr.Specialist Credit Syndication

Grade - SM/CM/AVP/VP

Location - BKC Mumbai

Job Description :

- To manage/establish strong relationships externally with Banks / NBFCs / FIs / Funds etc for onshore & offshore loans, structured debt

- To build and establish strong relationships internally within the Coverage RMs

- Lead / involved in the preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet, Teaser, Pitch-books, Presentations, etc. for origination & placement of deals

- Actively facilitate the lender/investor approval process

- Demonstrates strong awareness of market trends, pricing information and underwriting appetite, with an ability to take forward-looking calls independently
