Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Spray Foam Helper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the application of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to energy efficiency and comfort in buildings while working with innovative materials.
Responsibilities
Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
Prepare the site for scope of work.
Assist the certified installer as needed on site.
Measure out jobs for invoicing and administration purposes.
Assist with onsite paperwork and digital organization of required site docs.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance and report to team on anything that requires attention.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
Communicate effectively with team members, onsite and remotely.
Experience
Previous experience in spray foam installation or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Familiarity with insulation materials and application techniques is a plus.
Strong understanding of safety practices in construction or installation environments.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
