We are seeking an experienced SQL DBA Leader to manage and optimize SQL Server databases across on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will lead a team of database professionals, implement scalable solutions, and ensure high availability, security, and performance for critical systems. Expertise in cloud platforms and database migration is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SQL Server databases across on-premise and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Plan and execute database migrations to cloud environments.
