Responsibilities
Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America seeks a SQL Server Developer at our office in Charlotte, NC to conduct requirements gathering and analysis to understand the software problem and functionality, interface between hardware and software, and develop required software
Consult with systems engineers and architects on developing IT standards for the business while facilitating the translation of client requirements into technical designs for large IT solutions
Develop the software code, and model key business processes and critical paths while assessing the impact of technology on business processes
Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolve activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements
Maintain documentation of systems development and revisions
Review the work of lower level professionals, and support SQL Server
