Job Summary
The Accounts & Administration Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position involves providing high-level administrative support to executives and staff, managing office functions, and coordinating activities to maintain an organized and effective workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Provide executive-level support to senior management and other staff members.
Manage the work allocated by accounts department and support accounting work.
manage couriers handling and record keeping, production job cards updating.
Manage & Update the records of daily attendance and salary slip preparation,
Develop and maintain filing in system.
Compose and maintain regular correspondence like vendors bills, challans payments etc. and send to Head Office daily basis.
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and equipment.
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Ensure that records are kept up-to-date and confidential information is handled appropriately.
Look after any factory maintenance work and liaison with local authorities, landlords for any compliance work.
Communication
Serve as the point of contact for the visitors, new joinee's etc.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Coordination And Support
Assist in coordination with different departments.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.Com Preferred)
Exp -5-8 Yrs
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Experience With Office Management And Organizational Skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
