Position Summary
1. Assist in establishing and evaluating personal and team stretch goals.

Job Responsibilities
1.Creating base templates for Grids, Invoices and Upload Shells which can be used on a go forward basis by the International Controller team based in US & Dublin
2. Inputting country information into grids for EEIG, MEA & EMEA based on files from functional areas
3. Creating invoices based on grid and sending invoices to countries
4. Preparation of Accounting Control sheet for BAU.
5. Reconciliation of amount between Accounting Control sheets
6. Creating Upload shell for BAU expenses for EEIG journal entries
7. Creating Upload shell for BAU expenses for MIHI Journal entries
8. Recording entries in Prime for EEIG
+. Creating Accrual uploads for EEIG (WCE, ESE & ME d.a.c)
10. Working on Monthly activities Intercompany Stream & Uploading on SharePoint
11. Working on Monthly activities Netting Files & Uploading on SharePoint
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
• Graduate in Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration with at least 15 years of education
Experience
Professional from the Operations with at least 2+ years working experience of which at least 1year work experience in a BPO Finance operations environment. Experience in financial services accounting/reporting preferred. Understanding of accounting and Insurance Industry products is a mandate
