We are searching for a Web application Developer who will play an integral role in our growing company and expanding software suite. This Frontend Developer will be joining an upbeat team who are providing top professional tools and solutions for the entertainment industry. Revolution Entertainment Services, is a payroll provider with new-age software solutions for the entertainment industry. Our ProTools suite of products offers solutions designed from the ground up for the 21st century. You'll be part of a fast-paced team and exciting projects-so come get to know us! Essential Responsibilities . Supporting human resource department for employee's attendance & leave management, handling petty cash, meeting schedules, employee's reimbursement verifications, Support budgeting, back-office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential emails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc. . Travel Desk: Travel desk co-ordination-domestic, International-Visa Process, ticket booking, and hotel reservations for guests & foreign delegates. . Event Management: Organizing meetings, training coordination, conferences, birthday celebrations, offsite events, celebrations of various festivals, etc. . Vendor Management: Oversee acquisition, installation, and commissioning of equipment that is required for the facility - IT Systems, air conditioning, purchasing, courier service, stock management, 3rd party vendors like Security, housekeeping, etc. . Handle all administrative tasks such as maintenance & replacement of office equipment, maintaining office infrastructure and facilities. . Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees. . Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Core Competencies . 2 years of proven admin or assistant experience . Knowledge of office management systems and procedures . Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success . Critical thinker and problem-solving skills . Team player . Good time-management skills . Great interpersonal and communication skills . Proficiency in MS Office Requirements 3+ years experience as administrative experience. Graduation/post-graduation from a reputed institute. Job Type:Full-time
