• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in backend development with a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Must have experience with making API-first platform decisions across engineering functions to deliver product features.
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs for B2B platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of database systems, both relational and NoSQL, and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with distributed datastore and messaging systems (eg. HBase, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc.)
• Exposure to fintech environments is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
