Job Summary:
Aa a Bidder you will responsible for preparing and submitting bids for projects or contracts. This role involves understanding client requirements, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring compliance with all bidding regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the bidding process.
Experience: 3-8 years
Location: Okhla Phase 1
Responsibilities:
• Prepare Proposals
• Manage Databases: Must organize and track all requests and responses using company databases, customer profiles in appropriate databases and maintain customer information.
• Tasked with coordinating incoming bid requests and proposal responses, the Bid Manager. It is their responsibility to maintain and update these databases regularly.
• Must :Oversee Bid Pricing: They assist with bid pricing and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval.
Skill Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Obtaining proposal management experience
• Demonstrating previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language
• Providing proven leadership and management experience
• Having extensive sales experience
• Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff
• Handling large bids end to end , interacting within all required departments within Organization required to put in a successful bid e.g: Sales, Pre-Sales, Post Sales, Legal, Finance, Management
• Industry-specific knowledge and background
• Knowledge of document management methods
• Experience in making Price bid as per tender requirement.
• Must be well versed on all e-tender portals including GeM.
