Role: Senior Brand Executive
Location: Kolkata
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth in line with the company's overall objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and traditional advertising.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape translating findings into actionable strategies.
Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with product development teams to drive innovation and develop new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer needs.
Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Manage and allocate the brand budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
Cultivate relationships with internal teams, external agencies, influencers, and industry experts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies, integrating best practices into brand initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in brand management within the skincare, beauty, or related industries.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market research and data analysis.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of the skincare and beauty industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics, and project management software
