• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
• Following industry trends locally and internationally.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
Skills
• 4+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development professional in the US RPO market.
• Thorough understanding of US RPO market happenings and trends.
• High-level communication skills
• Stakeholder management skills
