Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase app installations across multiple channels.
• Utilize various marketing channels, such as digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Taboola, etc.), social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and ASO, to plan, create, and optimize app marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target audiences and optimize campaign targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement conversion tracking mechanisms and attribution models to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to develop compelling ad creatives and engaging app store listings.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in app marketing across various channels.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign elements, messaging, and creative assets.
• Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources, and ensure campaign performance aligns with business objectives.
• Generate regular reports and communicate performance insights to stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in user acquisition, with a focus on app marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong expertise in utilizing various marketing channels and platforms to drive app installations and user acquisition, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Taboola, and others.
• Proven track record of driving successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
• In-depth knowledge of app marketing principles, including ASO, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and other relevant channels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with app analytics tools and attribution platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with astrology, spiritual guidance, or related industries is a plus
