Benefits
The full salary range for this position is $143,500 - $246,000
Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data
In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary

Responsibilities
Director of Strategic Operations Services is a transformational role, accountable for designing, implementing and measuring strategic programs and leading key operational departments that support critical business functions
This pivotal role will have an opportunity to make an impact in the way we deliver Medica’s experience through driving large-scale projects, leading implementations and elevating operational excellence across the organization
Strategic Operations Leadership & Key Project Execution
Leading the creation of Operations’ future-state strategy and capability roadmaps while ensuring that capability development aligns with Medica’s mission, purpose and enterprise strategies
Providing oversight and leadership of Operations’ priority projects portfolio to ensure it addresses organization-wide needs, and is properly prioritized and executed
Budget and Strategic Cost Initiatives
Overseeing and managing departmental budgets to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to allocated resources; implementing controls to track budget performance and address variances
Regularly evaluating and improving business procedures according to organizational objectives; adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability and optimize resource allocation
Increasing employee engagement while supporting teams through change and adoption of new initiatives
