Performs a review of accounting process and bookkeeping duties done by shred service with the highest level of integrity according to established policies and procedures.
Work on computerized accounting software programs (Logisys, Excel, Word) to perform duties and responsibilities.
Ensure correct accounts coding is done by the accounts team for all customer payments in ERP System.
Knowledge and worked on GST 2A, GSTR3B, GSTR+ /+C.
Ensure customer/vendor statements are reconciled for TDS / GST and arrange to correct discrepancies as necessary.
Complete month-end financial statement reviews and BRS
Generates accounting statements and reports as per the schedule prescribed else monthly.
Ensure proper “input credit” of GST/TDS, wherever applicable, is accounted for.
Ensure the aspects related to the credit of vendors, are taken care of.
Inter-company entries.
Treasury payments.
Accounts payable analysis.
Vendor Master Management.
