Designation : Sr. Executive - Application Services
• Provide technical support to the Application Services team and review their performance account owner wise.
• Complaint Handling - Take decisions with regard to complaints raised in discussion with the Sales and Marketing team and monitor the progress of the complaint closure in discussion with other relevant departments.
• Maintain the pre-market and post-market experiments, prepare reports of action taken and follow up with relevant departments.
• Salesforce Ticket Management and monitoring.
• Implement formats to improve on the analysis of the data reporting functions of the dashboard.
• Update process flows and reporting formats on a regular basis.
• Review and update Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for the sales and marketing department by understanding requirements and controlling them under QMS.
• Communicate unresolved as well as newly reported product issues to the concerned department, taking follow ups and reviewing the status of ongoing RCA and conducting meetings with the concerned departments to discuss the issues.
• Review the timelines discussed for new tasks or objectives and communicate to the rest of the sales and marketing team members.
• Monitor the overall performance of products and ensure that the quality objective of the department is met.
• Handling other job responsibilities and tasks that are assigned by superiors time to time
