We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to handle Generalist HR activities like, Recruitments, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Payroll Administration
· Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter and On-boarding process
· Timely update of the documents & employee details, post recruitment.
· Manages the transfer, exit and other employee lifecycle processes
· Responsible for and manages the grievances of employees
· Ensures the various communication programs for employees are implemented effectively
· Ensures employee connect activities, one – one discussions , employee recognition and reward programs are managed and driven within the organisation
· Ensures HRIS data and Dashboards are prepared and shared timely with the HOD
· Should have handled HRIS , Payroll and PMS in SPINE HRMS Software
· Assist the HOD in assessing competence gaps & developing continuous learning and development initiatives for all employees
· Responsible to drive other Organisation Initiatives as allocated based on business requirements
· Should have knowledge of Labour Law and Statutory compliances
· Responsible for conducting regular employee engagement activities
· Should have handled labour law compliances
· Should have knowledge on training & development activities like Training Need Analysis / Identification ,Training Plan , Training Calendar, Training feedback ,
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹280,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
