Qualifications
Recent MRI experience is required for this role, preferably in Fixed Assets
This contract engagement is expected to run at least 3 months
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry
Proficiency in accounting software, specifically MRI Software
Track record of handling month-end close processes
Ability to handle fixed asset accounting including additions, retirements, and depreciation
Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles related to fixed assets
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
CPA certification would be advantageous

Description
We are looking for an experienced Fixed Asset Accountant to work onsite for our client in Richfield. The successful candidate will be primarily focused on enhancing the efficiency and compliance of our Fixed Assets module using MRI software. Recent MRI experience is required for this role, preferably in Fixed Assets. This contract engagement is expected to run at least 3 months.
