Role Summary

Alterys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a product-focused Senior Frontend Developer with 4–8 years of experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong React expertise, experience working with APIs and backend teams, and exposure to fintech/SaaS-style products handling sensitive data.
Required Skills
• React.js with modern JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI development
• REST API integration
• Redux / Context API
• Tailwind CSS / Material UI / Bootstrap
• Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)
• Agile workflows (Jira / Azure DevOps)
Frontend Security & Compliance

Experience building applications handling financial, payment, or sensitive user data (PII).

Strong understanding of:
• Authentication & authorization
• RBAC and session management
• Secure token handling
• Data masking and compliance-aware UI design

Knowledge of:
• Content Security Policy (CSP)
• Secure cookie configurations
• PCI-DSS considerations
Preferred Experience

Experience working on:
• Payment or banking platforms
• Lending or insurance systems
• KYC/AML workflows
• Merchant onboarding systems
• Financial operations software
• Admin portals with complex permission models
Good to Have
• Jest / RTL / Cypress
• Performance optimization (DevTools, Lighthouse)
• Vite / Webpack
• Basic CI/CD and Docker knowledge
Expectations
• Convert Figma/XD designs into production-ready UI
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
• Collaborate closely with backend and product teams
• Use AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) effectively

• Product-minded developer (not agency-style page builders)
• Strong attention to detail and clean code practices
• Comfortable working on secure, enterprise-grade applications
Key Responsibilities
• Build secure frontend architectures for financial applications
• Implement authorization and data-access controls with backend teams
