Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer preferably with a past experience working with an Agency. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, developing branding, creating engaging reels and working with typography. The Senior Graphic Designer will also be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with other team members to develop innovative design solutions. Qualifications • Video Editing is must • Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography skills • Experience in creating logos and developing branding • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to mentor and provide feedback to junior designers • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field • Experience leading design teams is a plus • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for: • Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics. • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. • Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality. • Generating fresh and out-of-the-box concepts. • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. • Working with the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. • Work with the team to create print designs for clients including Pamphlets, Billboards, Menus, Brochures etc Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: • Day shift • Morning shift Application Question(s): • Do you have experience in working with Agency? • What is your current monthly salary?
