We're seeking a talented Lead Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will
• Oversee and Guide: Monitor, review, and guide other designers to ensure quality and consistency in design deliverables.
• Create and Design: Develop digital ads, videos, social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage Projects: Handle multiple projects, ensure deadlines are met, and contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.
