Job Description:
•Develop recruitment goals and objectives (e.g. the number of sourced candidates, and resumes viewed per week).
•Implement the recruitment plans and help us hire the candidates.
•Manage end-to-end hiring process.
•Create all necessary document related to hiring and onboarding.
•Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
•Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
•Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
