Overview
The Sr. Human Resource Recruiter plays a critical role in shaping the future workforce of the organization. This position is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's strategic goals. The recruiter not only manages the recruitment process but also collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate selection.
• Negotiate job offers with candidates and manage the offer process.
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze and improve the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the organization’s reputation.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with HR team on onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with diverse sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in conducting training for hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Networking skills to attract passive candidates.
• Willingness to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
