We are looking forward to hire an ad-tech business lead having excellent understanding of the ad-tech industry, agency relationships, business understanding and technology trends. The specialist will collaborate with our technology and product teams and fast-forward, he/she will play a crucial role in exploring ways to monetize digital assets.
Key responsibilities:
Monetization
· Primarily responsible for monetization & revenue generation including:
- Meeting revenue targets; exploring new revenue streams
- Driving new business
- Maintaining internal and external stakeholders relationships;
- Contributing in Ad-tech P&L & MIS reporting
- Driving periodic reviews on the agreed performance metrics and yield optimization
· Act as the day-to-day contact for partners including but not limited to DSPs, SSPs, Ad network etc.
· Represent at industry events related to programmatic and ad tech.
· Building & leading the monetization team and working in close collaboration with the Head, BD & Sales.
Development
· Expertise knowledge about the available SSPs, DSPs, ad-networks and best industry practices to help build a world-class platform.
· Help bringing in right DSPs, SSPs, other critical elements/tech to build the ad-tech.
· Working in close co-ordination with Technology, Product teams to quickly scale up, implement & optimize tech stack for effective monetisation.
· Act as SPOC for any ad-tech business related queries.
Qualifications
· Education qualification: Bachelors in any discipline.
· 8-10+ years in the ad-tech industry working across multiple functions.
· Brilliant knowledge of the ecosystem and up to date industry trends.
· Deep network with industry partners including but not limited to DSPs, SSPs, advertisers, ad networks.
· Deep connections around agency ecosystem is a must
· Technical capabilities: Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in at least English and Hindi
