Required:
- We are looking to hire a senior seasoned Learning & talent development professional.
- Experience in designing and execution of Learning projects - end to end.
- The role holder will also be responsible for aggressively driving talent agenda focused on enhanced development, visibility and progression.
-Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
-Linking key learning initiatives with business outputs, finding avenues to provide ready data to line leaders to look at key people KPIs which are connecting learning interventions to business outcomes.
-Will be overall incharge for the capability building in the organization
-Experience 6-8 yrs
-Candidates with full time PG/MBA from premier HR colleges are highly preferred (TISS, XLRI, SCMHRD, MDI IIMs and similar
