Role : Sr. Manager UX and Content Writing
Location : Mumbai
Job Description :
• Oversee the development of exceptional UX copy, including microcopy, interface elements, error messages, tooltips, help content, and onboarding flows, product and website landing page content.
• Rewrite Product descriptions in an engaging manner with a focus towards driving conversions
• Define, maintain, and evolve the website's UX writing style guide, ensuring nomenclature consistency and a seamless user experience across all products.
• Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to craft user-centered content solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct copy audits, market research, readability tests, etc., to improve copy across the product
• Analyze user research, feedback, and analytics to identify areas for content improvement and drive continuous optimization.
Required Skillsets :
• 5-7 years of experience as a UX or Content Writer for Fintech, or Financial Services / product
• Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
• Have the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Have a track record of success : A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in crafting clear, concise, and engaging UX copy.
• Have a strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Preferred :
• Familiarity with Figma
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
