Qualification- Diploma in PGD-PPT/ B.tech in Plastics Engineering

Experience- A minimum of 5 Years of proven sales experience in selling Master-batches and Compounds

Salary 30-60 K

Job Responsibility:

· Scheduling Appointments with new clients, presentation about product and price.

· Frequently travel to customer site / plant and identify opportunities Maintain good relations with key personnel in purchasing and technical department of companies.

· Knowing the Customer Applications and suggesting the suitable products.

· Introducing the New Products and additives to suitable customer and taking orders and feedback the same.

· collecting their samples, evaluate and recommend.

· Interact with the R & D team to develop colors for the new leads Maintain a computerized business lead register and frequently update marketing status in it.

· To conduct trial of Master batch samples being present at customer's factory and to ensure highest level of commercialization of products.

· Take trial order and continuous follow and regularized.

· Payment follow up and timely payment collection..

· Relationship building & follow-ups with regular clients to get order & developing sales from new clients.

Requirements:

· Must have good reputation and contacts in the polymer industry.

· Strong knowledge of Master-batches, Additives, Pigments and Compounds.

· Must be able to communicate on email with customers and colleagues
