Position Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive marketing initiatives, maintain client relationships, conduct market studies, and increase admissions and placement rates. Your role will contribute to the overall marketing strategy and the achievement of organizational goals. Your creativity, strong communication skills, and ability to analyze market trends will be crucial in successfully fulfilling your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully execute marketing campaigns and activities to increase admissions and placement tie-ups.
• Conduct market studies and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and conduct campus seminars to promote the institution.
• Increase the admission rate through effective marketing strategies and lead generation.
• Support the marketing manager and team lead in achieving market presence in rural areas through legacy marketing efforts.Competencies :

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Intermediate level of experience (2-5 years) in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Graduation in BBA, B.COM, or similar fields (Academic background is important).
Knowledge of CRM and lead management systems, familiarity with marketing automation tools, and proficiency in MS Office.
Understanding of advanced marketing AI tools such as Chat GPT or similar AI tools (optional).
Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Performance Metrics:
Number of leads generated.
Number of admissions.
Number of student placements.
Market presence in rural areas through legacy marketing efforts.
