5-7 years of on Job experience of market (Offline line operational experience)
Out of which 3-5 years' experience in On line & E-Com markets including Market Place model
Knowledge about emerging technologies in digital marketing space
Understanding the core behaviour of customer in digital space
Thorough in Digital Advertising Mix: Segmentation, Targeting, Personalization and Optimization.

Conceptualising Brand positioning, designing strategies for effective inputs for ad campaign & sales promotions
The position is a Sr. Managerial position
Salary, Perks commensurate with qualification & experience in making brands to a super brand position.
