Sr| Project Manager | Drone Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to drone operations and sales. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including business development managers, drone pilots, and GIS professionals, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong knowledge and awareness of flying drones and their impact on project outcomes.
• Proficiency in generating KML files and developing drone deployment plans.
• Demonstrated eagerness to exceed objectives and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict and manage resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare budgets based on project requirements and resource needs.
• Track project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including BDMs, drone pilots, and GIS professionals, regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Perform quality control throughout project development to maintain expected standards.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
