High attention to detail, thorough candidate interview screening, and constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, as well as post placement
Participation in client meetings and job intake calls as needed to understand & qualify new opportunities
Constant professional development to develop new and effective recruitment / sourcing strategies

Join one of the Best Places to Work in Jacksonville as a Recruiter! CSI Companies is actively seeking a fast-paced, results driven Recruiter to join our Professional division in our brand-new Corporate HQ in Jacksonville, FL.

In this role, you will be given access to all the best tools & technology to have an innovative streamlined, recruiting approach.

You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, creating targeted candidate marketing strategies, and nurturing candidate relationships.

Planning and executing successful recruiting tactics requires plenty of collaboration, so we are looking for a team player who is ready to hit the ground running!

Responsibilities :
• Identify key talent for contract and contract-to-hire positions with CSI Professional and Financials’ clients, utilizing all possible avenues to ensure complete coverage on key jobs.
• High attention to detail, thorough candidate interview screening, and constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, as well as post placement.
• Participation in client meetings and job intake calls as needed to understand & qualify new opportunities.
• Constant professional development to develop new and effective recruitment / sourcing strategies

Qualifications :
• 1 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience, or Financial Search experience preferred or similar type role
• Competitive and Goal-Driven, fast-paced
• Outstanding customer service focus
• Ability to establish credibility & rapport quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitask and handle multiple priorities is essential
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Bullhorn is a plus
• Bachelor's degree is preferred or relevant work experience
