Key Responsibilities:
• Architectural Leadership:

Design and develop robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications.

Develop long-term strategies for Salesforce platform enhancements.
• Implementation and Integration:

Oversee the implementation and customization of Salesforce applications.

Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor technical teams.

Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance:

Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews and best practices.

Monitor system performance and make necessary optimizations.

Required Skills:
• Experience:

15 years in IT with a focus on Salesforce architecture and implementation.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration capabilities.
• Certifications:

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect).
• Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
