RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join SCB. You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and enhancing our web applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with a team of Security Engineers, developers, Architects and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications that meet our business objectives
Overall 8+ Years of experience in information technology out of which 5+ years of experience in DevOps
Participate in the entire lifecycle of software development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Conversion of design assets into HTML, along with CSS for responsive website projects.
Proactive applying of smooth & neat animation for the project (CSS and/or JS level, your call).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop technical specifications for web applications and technical processes (Development, QA & bug fixing, other technical support for the projects in-charge).
Develop responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks, such as React or Angular, and back-end frameworks, such as Node.js, Express.js and Django.
Ensure the reliability and scalability of web applications by implementing best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
Continuously improve the user experience of web applications by optimizing performance, usability, and accessibility.
Experience with test libraries for unit, component, and snapshot testing with code coverage – Jest, Enzyme, React test libraries, API Security
Expertise in Core Java, Java & J2ee, Python, Perl, & Knowledge of Restful API design patterns
Ensure web applications are secure and protected from vulnerabilities by following best practices in web application security.
Take part in the internal tech session (brainstorming & solution, idea sharing, tech knowledge sharing, team training) and participate in internal hackathons and company sponsored events.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to help improve code quality and maintainability
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Deployment support for all the projects developed and supported in the domain

For example, Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas; Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

QUALIFICATIONS
TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 6+ years of experience in Full Stack development using modern front-end and back-end frameworks
Hands-on full stack experience in end-to-end development
Strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Solid grasp of RESTful web services, APIs and Webhooks.
Experience with React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks
Experience with Node.js, Express.js, Django, or other modern back-end frameworks
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
Experience with version control systems, such as Git
Experience in CI/CD, understanding of various CI/CD tools and frameworks like Azure DevOps, Maven, NPM, PIP, Artifactory, Bamboo, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Packer, Hashicorp, Terraform.
Experience in using DevSecOps Tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, WAF, IAST, Vulnerability management, Secrets Scanning, Secrets Management, Misconfiguration and Policy & Compliance Management)
Good understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and running Scrum
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
