Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise throughout a customer implementation
Primary activities include enhancement development, testing, issues resolution, implementation, and post implementation support
Any of these activities may require onsite support
Participates in training to enhance skills necessary to be a valuable team member
Assists with practice administrative tasks (time and forecast entry)
Understands fundamental concepts and theories
Generally limited knowledge of industry practices and procedures
Gains experience primarily in one product or platform

Sr Software Analyst, TSS

What You’ll Be Working On

As a Sr Software Analyst, you will analyze complex problems associated with client-server technologies and provide technical support expertise throughout the supply chain software implementation.
