A successful candidate to have (must) :-
• B.E/B.Tech in the field of Computer Science or relevant field of study
• C# / .NET programming experience
• Strong object oriented design skills
• Experience with WPF-related technologies (C#, XAML, etc.) in the .NET Core and .NET 6 framework
• Familiarity with relational database design and development
• Proficiency in full stack (front-end, back-end) development
• Experience with the Model View ViewModel design pattern
• Experience with nHibernate and Entity Framework Object Relational Mapper (ORM) toolsets
• Experience working in an agile (e.g. Scrum environment
• At least 10 years of related experience
• Oral communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts required
• An ability to understand front-end users’ requirements and problem-solving attitude
• Must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a team environment.

Candidates with below will have more preference
• M.S. in the field of Computer Science or relevant field of study
• Experience with Telerik UI Controls
• Experience with CM tools such as GitHub
• Microsoft Certified Developer Associate or greater certification
