Required Technical Expertise:
- 7-10 years' experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation, Confluence)
- Experience with Cloud Instance
- Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Qmetry Automated Test Suite and Script Runner
- Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
- Experience with Confluence-to-Confluence and Jira-to-Jira migration
Preferred Technical Experience:
- Experience automating manual tasks
- Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (ADO)
- Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
