Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience : 8-10 years
Location : Hyderabad ( Work From Office )
Salary : Not a constraint for right candidate
Notice Period : Immediate / 15 days
Note: We are looking for candidates who worked for captive client.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with hiring managers / BU Heads to understand the needs and roles to be filled; create / reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
• Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital media and/or job portals for open positions.
• Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
• Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
• Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Application Tracking System.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree ( with computer Science as major) in related technical and/or human resources field required.
• At least three years of related domestic IT recruiting experience required, with prior experience in IT contract hiring.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be ready to work on week-ends as per client demand and holidays for coordinating on interviews depending upon technical panel availabilities and walk-in drives.
• Must be ready to work on closure targets.
• Capable of handling work pressure and daily delivery targets.
