ob Description This individual will be responsible for driving a learning strategy that provides new hires with relevant technical selling skills, digital fluency, product knowledge, cultural orientation, and the necessary resources to decrease ramp up time and ensure long-term success. The Sr. Program manager will own our new hire programming from end-to-end, working closely with sales leaders, technology, operations, HR, and other business channels to ensure alignment. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, including serving sales and business development organizations, project management experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional facilitation skills, including experience delivering Instructor Led and Virtual Instructor-Led Training. Responsible for end-to-end ownership and management of six to nine month employee onboarding life-cycle including but not limited to, program execution and quality of delivery, administration, training competencies, learning objectives, effectiveness, coaching, and tracking and measurement of program. Utilize a variety of the training and engagement techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum retention of content. Execute and continuously iterate onboarding program for new and existing employees, supporting specific training and development needs. Guide and coach new hires through the Altitude methodology program from enrollment to full certifications. Collaborate with internal and external business partners to develop content strategies according to business needs, initiatives, and revenue goals. Provide feedback to leadership and other internal clients as needed. Evaluate program performance results to assist in uncovering gaps and proposing appropriate solutions to increase results. Track, measure and report monthly and quarterly metrics to understand the impact, satisfaction, and overall ROI of the program. As part of professional development, achieve and/or maintain certified training/facilitation designation. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 10
years of experience in an enablement, sales coaching, training program management, business consulting or related position including managing multiple concurrent projects and managing process improvement efforts. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, strong planning and organizational skills, ability to manage different technologies and learning platforms. High energy and engaging facilitation style. Strategic thinking to ensure continuous improvement and results Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to identify learning objectives. Experience working directly with senior leadership and/or sales leaders. Preferred Qualifications Proven project management, planning & organizational skills. Strategic, innovative thinker that can effectively translate business needs into structured and engaging training programs with measurable metrics. Entrepreneurial skills with experience implementing new projects and concepts within organizations, working closely with senior level cross-functional stakeholders. Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in work products. 5
years of experience in a leadership position preferably in a Sales or Payments Organization.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project Management, Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
