We are seeking a Senior Video Editor with 5-7 years of experience in an agency environment , where they have successfully managed multiple projects across different clients simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production
Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), ads, and branded content. Ensure seamless storytelling, pacing, and transitions while maintaining brand consistency for multiple accounts. Work closely with creative directors, strategists, and designers to bring concepts to life.
Team Leadership & Project Management
Lead and mentor a team of video editors, ensuring quality and timely execution of deliverables. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and creative expectations are met. Provide feedback and guidance to junior editors, ensuring consistency and excellence in final outputs.
Storytelling & Creative Direction
Develop strong narratives that align with client goals and marketing strategies. Incorporate creative storytelling techniques to make videos engaging, impactful, and conversion-focused. Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and best practices for digital marketing.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve , and other industry-standard editing tools. Knowledge of color correction, motion graphics, audio mixing, and sound design. Optimize video formats and exports for different platforms while maintaining the highest quality.
Requirements
✅ Experience :
5-7 years of experience in a digital agency, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proven ability to manage a team of video editors , ensuring high-quality and on-time deliverables.
✅ Technical Skills :
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools . Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and audio editing. Familiarity with video compression, exporting formats, and delivery best practices for digital platforms.
✅ Creative & Storytelling Skills :
Exceptional storytelling abilities, with experience crafting engaging and persuasive video narratives. Ability to turn raw footage into compelling brand stories, ads, and short-form content.
✅ Project & Team Management :
Ability to lead and manage a video editing team in a fast-paced, agency setting. Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
✅ Language & Communication :
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, and strategists.
