Sr| Web Designer

As a Web Designer at Speed Tech (EarnWealth), you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative web solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to create engaging and effective websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in web design and a passion for staying current with the latest web design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs, including layouts, graphics, and interactive elements.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure website designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain fresh and in line with current design trends.
• Work with the development team to implement and test designs, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to improve overall user experience and engagement.
• Understand project requirements with minimal assistance and deliver on time.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with team members and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of professional web design experience.
• Extensive experience (1+ years) of working on projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in core PHP/MYSQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, self-starter, eager to learn new technologies, and have a flexible approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with front-end development.
• Basic Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with animation and interactive design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Basic knowledge of MySQL.

Good to have skills: Laravel, Photoshop, Illustrator.
