Smartsave require door to door sales representatives to work in and around Belfast and Greater Belfast Area. Candidates must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. You must be able to build rapport, trust, and credibility with potential customers, and to tailor your pitch and presentation to their needs and interests. You must also have a positive attitude, a high level of motivation, and a strong work ethic. You must be able to cope with rejection, stress, and uncertainty, and to persist until they achieve you achieve sales goals. Additionally, you will need to have some basic knowledge of the product or service you are selling, and to keep up to date with the market trends and competitors. Full Training will be provided and regular support will be provided throughout to assist you hit your targets and hit commissions!

• Basic Salary - £21,000 (Salary Negotiable for those with Utilities Sales Experience)
• Commission realistic : £125 per week or £500 per week depending on product sold and target met.
• Additional Incentive - Earn £100 for 6 sales on a Saturday - Go Home once 6 Sales Achieved

Duties:
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI’s through performing a certain number of Face to Face visits assigned individually to you.
• Delivering excellent Customer Service by speaking in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
• Effectively communicating to customers in relation to our product and answer any questions they might have by referring to information provided.
• Flexibility with a willingness to travel.
• Adhering to all aspects of quality and compliance required to deliver a quality service
