Job Description: We are looking for a Design Staff with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the rolling stock industry, particularly within metro systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in various rolling stock systems, including but not limited to brakes, HVAC, and couplers. Additionally, familiarity with Train Control and Management Systems (TCMS), signalling, and telecom systems will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• · Utilize expertise in rolling stock systems to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of metro vehicles.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of rolling stock components with overall metro system infrastructure.
• · Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of rolling stock systems to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• · Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
• · Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with rolling stock solutions.
• · Interface with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and suppliers, to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• · Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies in rolling stock systems to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the organization.

Qualification:
• · Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• · Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the rolling stock industry, with a focus on metro systems.
• · Proven expertise in rolling stock systems, including brakes, HVAC, and couplers.
• · Familiarity with Train Control and Management Systems (TCMS), signalling, and telecom systems preferred.
• · Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• · Proven track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
