Staff Nurse|Critical Care

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing complex procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs, diagnoses, and treatment goals.
• Continuously monitor patients' physiological and psychological conditions using advanced monitoring equipment and techniques.
• Assess patient responses to treatments and interventions, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations, providing life-saving interventions and support as required.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency response teams as needed.
• Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Provide clear and accurate reports to other healthcare team members about patient status and changes in condition.
