Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. The Pharmacist will be responsible for medication administration, patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Responsibilities
Review and interpret medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust medication regimens as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to develop comprehensive care plans.
Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.

Skills
