An early-stage stealth startup, headquartered in US with India based R&D/Operations team is looking for Sr/Staff Engineers at its Pune. Our vision is to become the most compelling Growth & Monetization product company for all SaaS businesses around the world, by providing a combined platform for enabling PLG (Product Led Growth) and SLG (Sales Led Growth).

We are super enthused to disrupt the market with simple, easy to use features like low-code Workflows, Product analytics, Pricing plan management, PLG CRM and many more – thus replacing 100s of point solutions with an integrated platform purpose built for B2B SaaS startups and scaleups.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Responsible for end-to-end delivery of features and modules of the product.

● Own product engineering metrics and able to measure and demonstrate.

● Come with high level and low-level design for the product/features.

● Write unit testable, scalable and performant code which adheres to the industry best practices and sets standards for the team.

● Run proof of concepts/fact findings as and when required and present to the team with conclusive decisions.

● Work with the Product Team to define/refine product requirements.

Requirement:

Must have experience in:

● 10+ overall hands-on experience in building enterprise grade SaaS products

● Building scalable and performant application in Golang/Java

● Building cloud native SaaS Enterprise applications in AWS/Azure/GCP

● Building highly performant APIs (REST, GraphQL) & gRPC for internal system communication

● Building highly scalable application using SQL(Postgres/MySQL etc.) , NoSQL(Mongo, DynamoDB etc.), OLAP DBs(Snowflake, Clickhouse etc.)

● Hands-on experience with messaging brokers like Kafka, RabbitMq, NATS.io etc.

● Debugging/logging/Monitoring with tools like OpenSearch/OpenTelemetry/Grafana/Prometheus in production and non production environments

● Building applications in Microservices Architecture and knowledge about service mesh

● Building application Kubernetes and hands-on understanding of scaling with Kubernetes

● Worked with Agile teams and understands iterative delivery with CI/CD

● Innovator with a knack to solve puzzles and passionate about changing the future for the better
