Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Staffing Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will develop, implement, and execute staffing strategies to support Client Services & Operations. You may oversee a team of recruiters while working closely with leaders to ensure best-in-class recruiting practices and strategies are applied throughout the hiring process. This role requires a hands-on approach to the entire recruitment life cycle while driving operational excellence and supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the recruiting team.

Develop and execute innovative, scalable solutions to meet hiring goals and align with business objectives.

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop detailed candidate profiles and provide data-driven insights to support recruitment decisions.

Create and implement sourcing strategies that deliver high-quality candidates while maintaining a high-touch, positive candidate experience.

Lead by example by adhering to and promoting recruiting best practices across the team.

Analyze recruitment data to provide actionable insights that guide business decisions and improve processes.

Requirements
