Your New Role

As Advice Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for providing superior service to Advice clients and supporting financial planners with their administration and operational requirements, with the core focus of implementation of advice. This role is based in our Parramatta office.

Some of the key accountabilities will include:

Coordinating and completing daily administration and data entry tasks;
Liaising with Client Administration Services for timely processing of requests;
Setting up timeframes and managing expectations with clients through the implementation process; and
Providing implementation support to Financial Planners.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:

Your commitment to work on-site (in Parramatta office) Monday-Friday between the operational hours of 8:45 am- 5:15 pm, with potential of 1 day work from home (after the 6 month probation);
Proven and demonstrated experience in a similar role;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrated ability to find solutions;
Strong attention to detail;
Proactive approach to meeting client’s and member’s needs;
Proven organisational and time management skills;
Commitment to outstanding client service;
Commitment to team work;
Excellent phone manner;
Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills;
