Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Appointment of Super Stockist and Distributors is mandatory requirement.
Responsible for managing all sales operations for the region.
Handling of sales staff is must
Achievement OF SALES & REVENUE TARGETS
MANAGING THE TEAM, ATL, BTL ACTIVITIES.
SUBMISSION OF DSR, MONTHLY STOCK STATEMENTS, PERFORMANCE METER OF THE TEAM IS A MUST.
Desired Candidate Profile
Planning and implementation of promotional activities at the time of launch and during further sales process.
Direct and oversee an organization sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of sales programs.
Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Achievement of sales plan on a monthly basis.Key Skills
