Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a State Sales Head-Rajasthan. The State Sales Head will be responsible for managing sales activities, overseeing the sales team, maintaining client accounts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Qualifications
• Analytical Skills and Sales Management
• Account Management and Team Management
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Strong team leadership and management skills
• Experience in sales in the kitchen appliances industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 7+ years of experience in managerial role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide support to individual distributors, managers, executives and over all team for a state/region.
· Determine long and short term goals.
· Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with State/regional needs.
· Mentor managers and sales executives.
· Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
· Plan and execute training among staff members and management.
· Oversee sales and special promotions.
· Provide leadership on hiring and employee retention.
· Influence and learn from below.
· Stay up-to-date with latest production management, best practices and concepts.
