About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer Real Estate to join the NSW real estate team on a permanent, full time basis.
Our Real Estate Sales Support Officers are the first people our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Providing expert administrative support to the NSW real estate team, allowing the network to develop and foster professional relationships
Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as invoicing, contracts and providing systems support
Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection process
Assisting in the creation of promotional and marketing materials for the network to actively promote the Real Estate Elders brand
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at auctions, field days and community events
About you
